Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping is based on the quantity of items purchased and therefore may seem high for small items. We check the shipping charge when we receive the order. If it has charged more than what we know the shipping will actually cost we will adjust the amount if you pay with credit card. We do not intend to make money on shipping costs, but also do not want to loss money on shipping. We just try to be fair. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL SHOW UP ONLY AS A U.S. SHIPMENT. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADJUSTED TO THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING. PLEASE SEE SHIPPING UNDER STORE POLICY INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING OUT SIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
